Did you now that the new Service Dispatch Board can be customized the display views including time slots daily, weekly, or monthly views?
This allows the user to have a display that meets their workflow and optimize efficiency.
To adjust the timeslot view, right click on the bar displaying the timeslots and select from 60, 30, 15-, 10-, 6- or 5-minute views as shown below.
Right clicking on any cell on the dispatch board allows you to select from Day, Work Week, Week, Month or Timeline views. The + / – buttons in the lower right of the screen allow for adjustment of the width of the columns to show more information on the individual tickets.
